Al Fateh Sports Club, abbreviated as "Al Fateh", was established in 1958 and is a multi-sport club in Saudi Arabia, primarily known for its professional football club. The club's nickname is "The Model" because almost all of its sports teams participate in the domestic top leagues.
On April 14, 2013, Al Fateh won their first league championship in club history by defeating Al Ahli 1-0 at home, with 2 matches remaining.
Al-Hazm became the seventh club to win the professional league championship. Considered by many to be one of the miracles in the history of Saudi football, they were promoted to the professional league for the first time in 2009. This is the first time since the 1986-1987 season that a club other than those from Riyadh and Jeddah has won the Saudi Professional League championship.
