Al-Khaleej Football Club, abbreviated as "Al-Khaleej", was established in 1945 and is a multi-sport club located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This is a sports education club.
The team has experienced multiple ups and downs in the Saudi league system, having won the Saudi First Division Championship twice in 2006 and 2022. After returning to the top league in 2022, the club has continuously strengthened its squad, bringing in strong players such as South Korean international Jung Woo-young and Norwegian forward Joshua King.
The 2023-24 season has become a highlight for the team in recent years, not only successfully avoiding relegation in the top league but also making it to the semifinals of the King’s Cup, ultimately losing 1-3 to the star-studded Al-Nassr. The club has always placed great importance on local youth training, and the modern training base continues to supply fresh talent to Saudi football. As a representative of Eastern football, Al-Sahhat Bay is steadily writing its own story in Saudi football.
