Team Introduction

Wrexham A.F.C., commonly known as Wrexham, was founded on October 22, 1864, and is a professional football club located in Wrexham, North East Wales.

The team has long competed in the English football league system, representing Welsh football in the English leagues alongside teams like Swansea and Cardiff City. Historically, they have lifted the Welsh Cup over 20 times, won the Welsh Super Cup more than 5 times, and claimed the English Football League Trophy in 2005. After being relegated to the National League in 2008, Wrexham became a fan-owned club in 2011. A significant turning point came in 2020 when Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney jointly acquired the club, marking a new chapter for the club.

Under the leadership of a star owner, Wrexham created a miracle in the history of English football: in 2023, they achieved an astonishing 110 points to be promoted to League Two, and then achieved consecutive promotions in 2024 and 2025, completing a "triple jump" from the National League to the Championship.
