Team Introduction

The Cyprus national men's football team (abbreviated as "Cyprus", English name: Kosovo national football team) was established in 1934 and is managed by the Cyprus Football Association as a national-level football team.

In the 2012 UEFA European Championship qualifiers, they drew 4-4 away against the strong Portugal team. In the 2023 European qualifiers, they lost to Spain, and then in the UEFA Nations League C, they had mixed results against teams like Lithuania and Romania. Entering 2025, the team defeated San Marino in the World Cup qualifiers but subsequently lost to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, and Austria.
