Boulogne Football Club (abbreviated as "Boulogne", English name: US Boulogne Côte-d'Opale) was founded in 1898 and is a professional football club located in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France.
The club was founded by visiting Englishmen and was promoted to Ligue 1 as the third place team in Ligue 2 in the 2008/09 season, but was relegated a year later. The club's main achievements include reaching the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France in the 2004/05 season, finishing as runners-up in the Championnat National in the 2006/07 season, and finishing third in Ligue 2 in the 2008/09 season. In the 2024 season of the National Championship in France, the team is currently ranked 5th in the standings, with forward Boulter leading the scoring chart.
