福图纳锡塔德足球俱乐部（简称“福图纳锡塔德”，中文名：Fortuna Sittard），成立于1968年，是一家位于荷兰锡塔德的足球俱乐部。该俱乐部由“幸运54”与“锡塔德”两家俱乐部合并而成。合并前，“幸运54”战绩显赫，曾两夺荷兰杯冠军并获得荷甲亚军联赛，而“锡塔德”则长期在低级别联赛中征战。
In 2002, the club's financial irregularities were discovered, and in the following seasons, it faced the risk of bankruptcy. In 2009, the Royal Dutch Football Association announced the revocation of the club's license to compete in the 2010-11 season, but the club decided to withdraw after filing a civil lawsuit. However, financial difficulties persisted, and in the following years, the team's performance improved, but they lost to FC Emmen in the final playoff match for promotion.
In 2016, the club faced another financial crisis and was ultimately acquired by Turkish investor İstvan Kiy. İstvan Kiy had previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Turkish giant Galatasaray and has extensive experience in football management. In the same year, Sandy Oliseh was appointed as the head coach of Fortuna Sittard. During his tenure, he led the team to an eight-game home winning streak and achieved the club's largest away victory in history with a 6-0 win against the Star team.
In 2018, the club won 1-0 against the PSV Eindhoven youth team, finishing as runners-up in the Eerste Divisie. Since the champions Ajax youth team could not be promoted, the club was promoted to the Eredivisie as runners-up, marking the team's return to the top flight after 16 years in the Eerste Divisie.
