Okayama Green Eagles Football Club (abbreviated as "Okayama Green Eagles", English name: Fagiano Okayama F.C.) was established in 1975 and is located in Okayama City, Japan.
The club's predecessor was the "Kawasaki Steel Mizushima Players" formed by former players of Kawasaki Steel. This team, named "Fagiano" in Italian, has developed over more than thirty years, rising from local leagues to the top stage of Japanese football. After being promoted to J2 League in 2008, they made a historic entry into J1 League in 2024 by defeating Sendai Tanabata in the promotion playoffs, achieving a magnificent transformation from a regional team to a top league club. As the representative of Okayama City, the Green Eagles write their own inspirational chapter in Japanese professional football with their indomitable fighting spirit.
