Córdoba Football Club (abbreviated as "Córdoba", English name: Córdoba CF) was established in 1954 and is a professional football club located in the city of Córdoba, in the autonomous community of Andalusia.
The club returned to La Liga in the 2014-15 season after a 42-year absence, but ultimately finished at the bottom and was relegated. In June 2024, Córdoba successfully returned to La Liga 2 by defeating FC Barcelona B in the promotion playoffs. In recent years, the team has continued to strengthen its squad, signing players such as Alex Sola, Theo Zidane, Del Moral, and Pedro Ortiz. Tactically, they mainly employ a 4-2-3-1 formation, focusing on a counter-attacking style.
