Al-Riyadh Football Club (abbreviated as "Al-Riyadh", Arabic: نادي الرياض لكرة القدم), was established in 1953, originally named Ahli Al-Riyadh, later renamed Al-Yamamah, and finally Al-Riyadh. It is a professional football club located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Al-Riyadh has won one major tournament championship: the Crown Prince Cup in 1994. The team also finished as runners-up in the Saudi Premier League in 1994. Al-Riyadh was promoted to the Saudi Professional League in 2023. According to the original rules, Al-Riyadh, which ranked fourth in the Saudi First Division that season, would not have been able to promote to the Saudi League, but the Saudi League adjusted its original rules, expanding from 16 teams to 18 teams, thus the club received a promotion spot.
